A resurgence of interest in radical church among 20s, 30s, and 40s is just around the corner.
As I pointed out previously, interest began to decline among this age-group in 2012.
But I believe it’s going to begin rising again soon.
Interestingly, Tyndale (the good folks who published Pagan Christianity) asked me to write an article about it for their website. I’ll send it to you when it’s finalized. They will also be re-launching Pagan Christianity on September 1st.
In addition, David C. Cook (the good folks who published Reimagining Church) are dropping the price next month to almost zero. I’ll give you the details next Thursday.
Those two books are great companions to Insurgence: Reclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom, which just dropped in price on Amazon. Put together, these three books replace the traditional paradigm of church and kingdom with a fresh paradigm — one born out of experience and a narrative reading of Scripture, without traditional filters.
Since the publishers view Pagan and Reimagining as the pioneering staples in the restoration of the church for this generation, they’re putting their efforts into seeing them spread to those who are unaware of the books, especially those under 50 — the future of the Insurgence.
Switching gears, I will be meeting with a group of aspiring – and actual – authors in Orlando Florida next April for my authors/writers training called SCRIBE.
98% of those who attended SCRIBE 2017 finished their book within a year and virtually all of them published it, some landing book deals with publishers.
This year a NY Times Bestselling author will be joining me in the training.
All that to say that this event works, and I’m unaware of anything else like it.
