Important Survey: What Is Your Biggest Struggle as a Christian?

Here’s how I want you to do it.

For Name: Put if you’re a Male or Female. That’s all. No need to put your name.

For Email: Put your age range followed by @cs.com – so if you’re a male in your 30s, it would look like this:
