Okay, so there’s no post today. Not here anyway.
But there are two new posts that you can read elsewhere.
First is my article on Patheos called Shocking Beliefs of C.S. Lewis.
It’s the first installment of a new series I’m writing on the Patheos blog network.
Second is an article I wrote for New Wineskins Magazine in 2008 called The Current Move of God: 8 Characteristics.
It was recently published on another website.
Check out both articles by clicking on the above links. And if you like them, feel free to share the links.
Have a great weekend!

I couldn’t comment over at Patheos, so I’ll leave my comment here.
“What Lewis book, idea, or quote has helped you the most in your spiritual journey?”
I would have to say that would be Screwtape Letters. Nothing else has helped to see the spiritual side of the warring going on inside us like that book. While I today do not believe the devil (whether Screwtape or Wormwood) has any power today as he did so long ago, I do believe that there is still spiritual warfare that goes on and it is mostly between ourselves both “flesh vs. Spirit” and our own pride vs. God. Regardless, I don’t find too shocking the list of stated positions of CS Lewis you gave in that article.
The most profound thing I read in your article, to which I stated to a friend was an intriguing, yet sad, yet encouraging note: “Later in his life, he felt that his intellectual powers for defending the gospel had worn thin and he believed he was a failure as an apologist because he couldn’t persuade his closest friends and loved ones to accept the gospel.”
I can relate to this on multiple levels. It reminds me of Jesus’ family who rejected Him during His time on Earth. Just found that part heartwarming.
Thanks for the post as always Frank. 🙂
