(Important: While you may donate from any country, we are only able to ship the signed copies to USA addresses.)
- For a gift of $500 to $999, you will receive 3 signed copies mailed to you when the publisher sends me the printed copies.
- For a gift of $1,000 to $4,999, you will receive 7 signed copies mailed to you when the publisher sends me the printed copies.
- For a gift of $5,000 or more, you will receive 11 signed copies mailed to you when the publisher sends me the printed copies.
We expect to begin shipping copies in mid-to-late February 2025.
You will receive the book in softcover/paperback; there are no plans for a hardcover edition at this time.
